By scheduling, requesting, or accepting services from O2N Handyman Services (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Client,” “Customer”) agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions.
O2N Handyman Services provides general home repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Carpentry
Painting
Furniture assembly
Drywall repair
Fixture installations
We do not offer services requiring licensed contractors unless otherwise noted.
All service estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be hourly or flat-rate based on the scope of work.
A written or digital quote will be provided before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee.
No-shows or lockouts at the time of the appointment will be charged a $75 fee.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and digital payments (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).
Returned checks will incur a $35 NSF fee.
Invoices unpaid after 15 days will incur a 5% late fee per month until paid in full.
Ensure access to the work area at the scheduled time.
Disclose all relevant property details or potential hazards.
Secure pets and valuables prior to the technician’s arrival.
We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor.
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts or materials if applicable.
Warranty void if the client or third party alters or damages the completed work.
O2N Handyman Services is insured for general liability.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or structural defects.
We will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from service delays, cancellations, or errors.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
The work environment is unsafe
There is abusive behavior
Payment terms are violated
We may take photos of completed work for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
No identifying customer details will be used unless we receive written permission.
We comply with all applicable federal, state (North Carolina), and local regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that projects comply with HOA and zoning rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved in courts located in Asheville, NC
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
